GRB Entertainment Brings Reality to Africa, France, and Israel

GRB Entertainment announced docu-series sales to MNET Africa, RMC Decouverte in France, and Israel’s Ananey Communications.

MNET Africa took three family celebrity series: Braxton Family Values showcases the rambunctious, tight-knit Braxton sisters — Grammy-winning artist Toni Braxton, Traci, Towanda, Trina and Tamar — and their headstrong mother. This is an inside look at their lives and the drama of family chaos. Tamar and Vince is the popular spin-off series from Braxton Family Values following rising musical superstar Tamar Braxton and her music-mogul husband, Vince Herbert, as they balance their careers with their personal lives as newlyweds. Follow The Rules centers on Grammy-nominated superstar rapper turned actor, Ja Rule, and his wife Aisha as they try to keep their hectic household under control.

RMC Decouverte picked up Auction Kings for France — There’s nothing quite like an auction, and auctioneer Paul Brown and his staff in Atlanta run one of the country’s most successful auction houses and work daily with an eclectic mix of consignors who bring their varied treasures to sell to the highest bidders. Take a look behind the scenes at the craziness of running an auction house and the wondrous items for sale as strategy and egos come into play when bidders compete for the same prize.

Ananey acquired docu-series Princes of Malibu featuring 16-time Grammy winner David Foster as he struggles to evict his two adult stepsons, Brandon and Brody Jenner, from his 22-acre mega mansion in the heart of Malibu. But the two boys, along with their overprotective mother, Linda Thompson, are hell bent on staying in the palatial paradise.

“GRB has a rich catalog of eclectic docu-series looking at a variety of lives – from famous singers’ families to auctioneers. Our broadcast partners look to GRB to bring entertaining and enlightening programs and Follow the Rules, Braxton Family Values, Tamar and Vince and Auction Kings are prime examples and are sure to bring in many viewers,” said Michael Lolato, SVP of International Distribution, GRB Entertainment.
