GRB sells to China, India

Discovery Asia-Pacific and China’s Hubu Media are amongst broadcasters to have picked up programming from US production and sales house GRB Entertainment.

Discovery has acquired South African cookery show Hayden Quinn for Central and South Asia, India and New Zealand, while Hubu has picked up shark doc Great White Highway.

Meanwhile Australia-based producer and distributor Looking Glass International has acquired football doc All Eyes On Brazil for China, as well as automotive competition series World Desert Championship.

Liz Levenson, GRB’s VP of international acquisitions and sales, said the deals showed that “Asia and Pacific rim remain a tremendously strong and growing market” for the company.
