GRB Studios and Media Ranch have struck up a new strategic content alliance, through which they will share production, development and distribution expertise.
The pact will see Media Ranch and GRB join forces to co-develop, co-produce and co-distribute original unscripted IP, new and existing formats and ready-made factual series globally.
In factual co-development, the companies will align to develop innovative, original unscripted IP. GRB Studios will be producing the resulting commissioned projects for the U.S. while Media Ranch will produce for the Canadian market. Media Ranch will distribute all jointly produced productions and formats from both companies’ catalogs in Europe, CEE and Scandinavia while GRB Studios will handle sales in the U.S., U.K. and the rest of the world. GRB Studios will handle distribution for both companies’ ready-made catalogs worldwide.
