US distributor GRB Entertainment has added a factual series about top FBI agents and their manhunts to its growing documentary and factual entertainment slate.
FBI Takedowns, originally produced for Discovery’s American Heroes Channel in the US by M2 Pictures, takes viewers along for the ride as agents track down America’s most wanted criminals. It is joined on GRB’s Mipcom slate by Angels Among Us, which originally aired on CMT and talks to people who believe they were saved from tragedy by angels. MTV2’s Ain’t That America features rapper and comedian Lil Duval exploring viral videos showing how dangerous and stupid people can be.
VH1’s fly on the wall look at a New York radio station, This Is Hot 97, and My Big Redneck Family are also included, along with late-night comedy series MANswers, which airs on Spike.
On the documentary front, GRB has Morgan Spurlock’s latest film Meet The Hitlers, which finds people who have the most notorious name in the world. All Eyes on Brazil, meanwhile, looks at the effect of the 2014 Fifa World Cup on the cities that hosted it ahead of the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
