Secret Guide to Fabulous Among GRB’s Sales into Canada & Sweden

GRB Entertainment has sold two of its factual titles, including Secret Guide to Fabulous, into Canada, in addition to licensing a cooking-competition format into Sweden.

Canada’s Blue Ant Media acquired Secret Guide to Fabulous. The makeover series offers viewers the code to living a better life, from tips about quickly whipping up a gourmet meal to picking the perfect gift and more. Also in Canada, GameTV signed on for two seasons of the home-buying series My First Home, which looks on as first-time homebuyers navigate the purchasing process.

GRB also sold the family-oriented food-competition format Recipe Rehab to Elk Production in Sweden. On the show, two chefs set out to remake a family’s favorite meal to make it healthier. The family then decides who made the meal better.

“GRB is excited to take Recipe Rehab, our new cooking-show format, to Sweden where it is sure to be a major hit and help families come together in the kitchen,” said Michael Lolato, the senior VP of international distribution at GRB Entertainment. “Additionally, our Canadian partners, Blue Ant Media and GameTV, will find success with exceptional makeover programs My First Home and Secret Guide to Fabulous. GRB continues to evolve in our program offerings and excel in the factual genre.”
